Health Insurance & Payment
Private health insurance can cover a significant portion of your podiatry treatment. We process health fund claims on the spot via HICAPS, so you only pay the gap. Our office staff are always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork, and we will ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your health fund.
Medicare EPC: We accept Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans for patients with chronic diseases. If you think you may be eligible, please speak to your GP and request a referral to our clinic.
Payment Methods
- EFTPOS
- Credit card
- Health fund HICAPS
- Medicare EPC (with GP referral)

Common Questions
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us without a referral. If you have a Medicare EPC plan from your GP, please bring it along.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your private health insurance card, any relevant medical imaging (x-rays, scans), a list of current medications, and the shoes you wear most often. If we are assessing a sports or running injury, bring shorts or tights.
How long does an appointment take?
Initial consultations are typically 30 to 45 minutes. Follow-up appointments are usually 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the treatment.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We welcome patients of all ages and take particular care to make children's appointments positive and stress free.
